Aposto que você já deve ter escutado (ou passado) alguma vez pela seguinte situação:
💬 “Minha acomodação está com Acomodações com Avaliação 5 Estrelas faturam mais que as outras? nota máxima, só recebo elogio dos hóspedes e mesmo assim tenho períodos sem reservas com muitas diárias ociosas e não sei o que fazer”
Arrisco dizer que esse é um cenário bastante comum com anfitriões e gestores de hospedagens. Vejo muitos se questionando o porquê de suas acomodações não serem reservadas, mesmo tendo ótimas avaliações.
Entenda o motivo
Para te ajudar a entender o motivo disso acontecer, imagine duas acomodações:
A primeira vamos chamá-la de “acomodação A” e a outra de “acomodação B”.
A acomodação A não possui nota máxima, porém aparece na primeira página de pesquisa quando um hóspede procura um lugar para reservar.
Já a segunda, a acomodação B, não somente tem mais avaliações que a acomodação A como também está avaliada com 5 estrelas porém quando alguém realiza uma pesquisa na plataforma, aparece somente na quarta página de procura.
👉 Agora me responda você: Qual acomodação provavelmente terá mais chances de ser reservada?
É extremamente provável que a primeira acomodação tenha uma chance maior de ser reservada, não é mesmo? Mesmo tendo avaliação nota máxima do que adianta se não estiver bem posicionado quando um hóspede buscar um lugar para ficar?
⚠️ O ponto aqui é o seguinte: a avaliação não é o único fator que impacta no fato do seu anúncio ser reservado ou não.
Existem outros fatores que influenciam, além das avaliações, o posicionamento e o quão destacado o anúncio da sua acomodação estará, como: quantidade de reservas recebidas (taxa de conversão), quantidade de cliques no anúncio (taxa de visualização), salvamentos na lista de desejos e o próprio faturamento.
As avaliações por si só não vão fazer milagre, por isso é importante você aprender o que mais impacta em um anúncio quando o assunto é conseguir reservas e faturar alto.
De uma forma geral, as acomodações bem avaliadas têm sim vantagem por serem mais atrativas e por passar confiança, mas ter boas avaliações não garante um bom faturamento. É por isso que existem imóveis bem avaliados faturando pouco.
